COWICHAN BAY - Rusting hulks, abandoned in our pristine harbours and coves could be a thing of the past if a Vancouver Island politician has her way.
Member of Parliament Jean Crowder has introduced a private members bill to make derelict boats the responsibility of the coast guard.
